About The Position

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize with individuals in stressful situations.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.

- Previous customer service and/or healthcare experience preferred.
