About The Position
DaVita is seeking a registered nurse to provide dialysis care at Regency Select Hospital for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This fast-paced, collaborative role involves working directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. The position requires dialysis experience, including hemodialysis, and may involve rotating between facilities. Schedules include regular and on-call shifts, weekends, and holidays, and daily schedules may change based on patient needs.
Requirements
- Dialysis experience, including hemodialysis (HD), is required.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Must pass a color vision test; accommodations are available.
- Schedule includes regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, and may rotate between facilities as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is helpful but not required.
- CNN/CDN certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
- Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff.
- Monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes.
- Support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs.
- Adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment.
