Requirements

• Excellent working knowledge of system applications and HB workflows.
• Experience in collaborating with health plans and vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to RC needs specific to inventory resolution.
• Building, developing, collaborating, and leading projects to maximize claims resolution, improve efficiencies, and provide purpose and direction to solve problems and work toward payment of outstanding accounts receivable.
• Developing standard operations and educational material.
• Serving as a liaison between the HB and internal/external partners or departments.
• Facilitating special operations that require unique attention and providing solutions.
• Maintaining resources, documentation, records, and a tracking system for operations.
• Working closely with team members to understand system functions and interrelationship dependencies to ensure the fidelity of data and establish change control processes.
• Demonstrating excellent working knowledge of system applications and HB workflows.
• Collaborating with health plans and vendor partners.
