About The Position

Lake Olympia Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Hospital Manager to help lead our well-established, multi-doctor practice in Missouri City, Texas. As Hospital Manager, you will partner closely with our veterinary leadership team to shape the future of the practice. Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in veterinary practice management, healthcare administration, or a related operational leadership role
  • Proven success managing teams, budgets, and day-to-day business operations
  • Experience coaching and developing employees in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results

Nice To Haves

  • Multi-doctor veterinary hospital leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Experience with veterinary practice management software and KPI reporting
