Hospital Administrator
About The Position
Freedom Behavioral Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospital Administrator to lead operations at our 82 bed acute psychiatric facility, providing both inpatient and outpatient services to adults (21+). This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring high standards of patient care, and fostering collaboration across departments. The Hospital Administrator serves as the senior operational leader of the facility, overseeing clinical and non-clinical departments, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and payer requirements. This individual will play a critical role in building a strong culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of leadership experience in a hospital or skilled nursing setting
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and payer requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and commitment to quality care
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Organizational and time management skills
- Analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency with computer systems and healthcare operations
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field)
- Experience working with adult and geriatric psychiatric populations preferred
