About The Position
The Hospital Administrator in Bunkie at our Inpatient Behavioral Health Hospital plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and strategic management of the facility to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Requirements
- LA State current RN license with no restrictions
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare facility management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skill
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Behavioral Health or Business Administration.
- Experience working in an inpatient hospital setting.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare IT solutions.
- Certification such as Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
- Demonstrated success in leading quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all hospital departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
