About The Position
Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate On-Call RN to join their team. As an On-Call RN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to patients during the weekends. Primary functions are to administer nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary Group/Team, patients, families, and referring agency. Assumes the responsibility for, and participates in, the coordination of care.
Requirements
- Current State RN license.
- Current driver’s license.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Two (2) years' experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year full-time hospice experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence.
- Coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary Group/Team, patients, families, and referring agency.
- Assume responsibility for and participate in the coordination of care.
