Hospice RN - On Call - 7on/7off
About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse for an on-call 7-on/7-off schedule. The nurse coordinates care, continually assesses the needs of patients and families, and implements the interdisciplinary plan of care. Services must be provided in accordance with physician orders, the established plan of care, and applicable federal and state regulations. The role requires state RN licensure, at least one year of experience as a licensed RN, basic technology skills, and the ability to meet the listed driving and CPR requirements. Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing education.
- Licensed in the state where currently practicing.
- At least one year of experience as a licensed registered nurse (RN).
- Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operating a mobile device.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
- Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
- Safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- CPR certification for the healthcare provider.
