About The Position

We are hiring a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice position providing end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Monroeville, PA area. Responsibilities include responding to patient needs by performing urgent assessments, managing symptoms and pain, and providing compassionate end-of-life support. The RN will support and guide patients and families during weekends and crisis situations, ensuring they feel informed, reassured, and cared for. Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking are required to coordinate care needs, respond to changing patient conditions, and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant EMR documentation. The role requires travel to patient homes within an assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
  • Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
  • Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
