About The Position
As a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Warrior at Ohioans Home Health & Hospice, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care. This includes educating patients and families on comfort care processes, procedures, and medications, and addressing various patient needs. The role offers autonomy, diverse patient cases, solid support from clinical managers and executive leadership, excellent training opportunities including a comprehensive patient education platform, and the chance to build meaningful relationships through continuity of care.
Requirements
- One year of comfort care experience.
- Current RN state licensure.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to travel for in-home patient visits.
- Exceptional time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Hospice/case management experience preferred.
