About The Position
Providence Hospice and Palliative Care is a growing division of Providence Life Services, which provides a continuum of healthcare, focused on senior living. Providence Hospice is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN), PRN in Homer Glen, IL and surrounding suburbs. We are looking for a compassionate RN to join our established, experienced hospice team. We provide exceptional patient centered care to patients and families facing end of life. Join our team and make a difference by providing dignity, comfort, and peace to patients in their final days.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Illinois.
- At least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in Hospice or Home Health.
- Drivers License in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care.
- Provide case management services.
- Conduct initial assessments of new patients.
- Travel to patients wherever they reside: Home, nursing facility etc.
- Participate in an on-call schedule.
