About The Position

At Mary Free Bed at Home, we’re looking to add to our extraordinary care team. Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, our Hospice Registered Nurses collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. In partnership with Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, Mary Free Bed at Home is an accredited recognized leader in home health. We deliver industry-leading therapy and nursing expertise and services that exceed national benchmarks throughout the West Michigan service area. This position supports patients in Grand Rapids and surrounding areas.

Requirements

RN license in the state you work
Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
Two years of RN experience
Current driver’s license
Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
Skills needed to self-manage time and schedule

Nice To Haves

Hospice experience preferred
Ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
