We are growing and looking for an exceptional On-Call Registered Nurse (RNOC) to join our Care Family. You will work alongside an incredible interdisciplinary team united by one mission: providing comfort, peace, and compassion when it matters most.

Requirements

Active Georgia Registered Nurse license
Ability to work a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation
Strong clinical assessment and time-management skills
Comfort performing admissions and pronouncements
Passion for patient-centered, compassionate care
Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the team

Nice To Haves

Hospice case management experience
Critical Care, Surgery, or Oncology nursing experience

Responsibilities

Provide holistic, skilled nursing care to hospice patients and their families outside of normal business hours.
Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care using the nursing process.
Collaborate closely with the Interdisciplinary Team.
Perform admissions, follow-up visits, and patient pronouncements.
Manage pain and symptoms with confidence and expertise.
Educate patients and families and evaluate outcomes.
Offer compassionate support to families at the time of death.
Maintain high standards of clinical competence and professionalism.
