Hospice RN Liaison
About The Position
Good Samaritan Hospice is seeking two full-time Hospice RN Liaisons. This role involves meeting with patients and families considering hospice care to provide clinical assessments, answer questions, and guide them through an important decision. The position also requires building relationships with hospitals, referral sources, and community providers to facilitate smooth transitions into hospice services. It's an opportunity for a nurse who enjoys both clinical care and relationship-building. The RN Liaison will also assist with admissions as needed and ensure patients receive high-quality end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of two [2] years nursing experience
- Knowledge of hospice and palliative nursing required
Nice To Haves
- Marketing/Public Relations experience preferred
- Admission and discharge planning experience preferred
