Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Current Driver’s License
- 1-2 years of experience in home health or hospice, LTCF preferred.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and providing nursing care to meet the needs of the patient, and achieve goals set on the Plan of Care.
