About The Position
Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hospice care to patients in Garland, Dallas, and Plano. The role offers full-time and PRN opportunities, depending on availability. Nurses provide care in patients’ homes or care facilities and work with an interdisciplinary hospice team to support patients and families with comfort, dignity, and compassion. Hospice experience is preferred but not required; training is available for the right nurse.
Requirements
- Active Texas RN license.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Reliable transportation for local travel.
- Compassion and patience.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospice nursing visits to patients in their homes or care facilities.
- Manage patient care and coordinate with the interdisciplinary hospice team.
- Complete routine visits, admissions, and recertifications.
- Educate and support patients and families during end-of-life care.
- Maintain documentation using a company-provided tablet.
