About The Position
Safro Staffing has partnered with a compassionate hospice care provider serving Montgomery and surrounding counties. We're seeking an experienced Hospice RN for a contract position that offers: Competitive rate Flexible, daytime hours. The RN works as part of an inter-disciplinary team to provide end-of-life care to hospice patients. Hospice serves patients with life-limiting illness and applies appropriate interventions for the palliation of symptoms. The position requires a knowledgeable professional with exceptional clinical skills.
Requirements
- Current RN license in PA
- 1-2 years hospice or home care experience required
Responsibilities
- Provides clinical services to hospice patients in facilities and patients' homes, including scheduled and emergent visits to manage symptoms and to provide support to patients and families.
- The candidate must be able to work well independently.
