About The Position

Compassus is seeking a Hospice RN Case Manager - PRN to join their team. This role focuses on enabling patients to spend quality time with loved ones and engage in enjoyable activities. The position involves building trusting, compassionate relationships with patients and families, empowering caregivers through education, and collaborating with a care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity.

Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
