About The Position

Compassus is seeking a PRN Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join their team. This role focuses on enabling patients to spend quality time with loved ones and engage in enjoyable activities, while building trusting relationships and empowering caregivers through education. The RN Case Manager collaborates with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity to patients.

Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
