Requirements
- Active registered nursing license
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required
- Genuine passion for caring for individuals facing end-of-life challenges
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to our patients, offering support, comfort, and symptom management.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans.
