Requirements

Hospice or healthcare marketing experience preferred.
Proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business.
Existing healthcare and community relationships are a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable meeting new people.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Organized and consistent with follow-up.
Goal-oriented and motivated by growth.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, and other healthcare partners.
Develop new referral sources and strengthen existing relationships.
Make regular visits to referral partners throughout your assigned territory.
Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice services and eligibility.
Identify opportunities to increase referrals and grow hospice census.
Conduct community outreach, networking, and educational presentations.
Follow up consistently with referral sources and maintain strong relationships.
Work closely with clinical and leadership teams to help ensure a smooth referral and admission experience.
Represent Concho Hearts Hospice professionally throughout the community.
Track marketing activity, referrals, and growth opportunities.
