About The Position

Elara Caring is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hospice care to patients in their homes. The role supports the company’s mission of delivering the right care at the right time and in the right place. This is a PRN position with a supportive, collaborative environment, onboarding and mentorship, and opportunities for advancement and growth. Requirements

• Current LPN license as required by the state.
• One year of experience in an acute care or equivalent setting.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Positive attitude and dedication to quality patient care.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to perform job duties.
