About The Position
Concordia Hospice of Washington is seeking a dedicated and personable Hospice LPN to join their team. This role involves providing skilled nursing care and support to patients in their homes, focusing on comfort, dignity, and a personalized approach to end-of-life care. Concordia Hospice of Washington is a partnership between Concordia Community Support Services and Washington Health System, serving patients in Washington and Greene counties.
Requirements
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of end-of-life care principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Compassion, empathy, and emotional resilience to provide comfort and support during end-of-life situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Administering medications and treatments
