Requirements
- 3-5 years of healthcare experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
- Licensed clinician in the State of PA.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and our agency's policies and procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment.
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage skilled nursing and therapeutic services.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and agency objectives.
- Maintain clinician productivity standards, and report trends and challenges to executive leadership.
- Be available during operating hours or delegate to a similarly qualified alternate.
