Requirements
- Communicates clearly and professionally with patients, families, staff, and leadership
- Follows written and verbal instructions accurately using sound judgment
- Documents patient care, observations, and progress accurately and timely
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with team members
- Adapts to changing priorities and performs effectively in high-pressure environments
- Provides compassionate, high-quality service to patients and families
- Maintains strict confidentiality and safeguards patient information
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) by the Commonwealth of Virginia

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with hygiene, dressing, feeding, personal care, ambulation, positioning, and transfers.
- Monitor patient condition and report significant changes to the nurse and in patient records.
- Help with food preparation and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with team members and professionalism with patients and families.
