About The Position

The Hospice Executive Director/Administrator will provide leadership across operations, clinical services, regulatory compliance, staffing, financial performance, quality, culture, and market development. This leader will be accountable for ensuring that the agency delivers high-quality interdisciplinary hospice care while meeting operational, financial, compliance, and organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license required.
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license required.
• Approximately two to five years of healthcare-management experience or comparable leadership experience.
• Hospice leadership experience.
• Thorough understanding of Medicare hospice certification and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience supervising clinical, professional, and administrative personnel.
• Working knowledge of healthcare operations, financial management, staffing, quality, compliance, and interdisciplinary care.
• Ability to build relationships and represent the agency effectively within the community.
• Strong communication, leadership, judgment, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in an accountable, outcomes-driven environment.
