About The Position

We’re hiring a Hospice Executive Director who wants meaningful executive autonomy, a substantial existing operation, and the opportunity to build the next phase of growth. You’ll step into a multi-site hospice leadership role overseeing an approximately 300-patient census with a goal of reaching 350. You’ll lead operations, strengthen processes, develop leaders, improve quality and retention, and partner with business development to drive sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Significant hospice leadership experience, preferably as an ED
• Successfully driven census growth and operational improvement
• Ability to build processes and hold teams accountable
• Ability to balance performance expectations with employee engagement and retention
• Comfortable owning operational and financial KPIs

Nice To Haves

• A nursing background is helpful but not required
