Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure the highest quality of care for hospice patients.

  • Work closely with Hospice and Long-term care facilities to ensure that patients receive the necessary medical equipment for their unique needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between facilities and insurance providers, utilizing strong organizational and communication skills to verify coverage and navigate the insurance process.
  • Provide exceptional service to patients and their families, ensuring they have access to vital equipment necessary for their comfort and care.
