About The Position

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is hiring a caring and dependable Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients with personal care and daily living needs in their homes or facilities. The role provides compassionate end-of-life care and involves working one-on-one with patients while receiving support from a patient care team. This is a Monday–Friday position with flexible scheduling, available part-time or full-time depending on the candidate’s needs. The company may accommodate college or class schedules for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance; must be willing to drive.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Strong commitment to improving patients’ quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Support hospice patients with personal care and daily living needs in their homes or facilities.
• Work closely with patients on a one-to-one basis.
• Collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, aide leadership, and community organizations in patient care.
• Work independently on a day-to-day basis.
