About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments and care plans, and as directed by nursing management. The position works under the direction of the Director of CNA Services or designee, coordinates care with other licensed care staff, and follows company nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. The role involves working closely with patients one-on-one while collaborating with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership. The position requires independent day-to-day work and travel by car using reliable transportation.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state or states of practice.
• Strong commitment to improving quality of life while partnering with community organizations in patient care.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate daily with the patient care team.
• Ability to work independently on a day-to-day basis.
• Willingness to drive, with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
