Full-time Hospice CNA – Pierce County, WA Agency: Puget Sound Home Health and Hospice Pay: $22–$28/hour, DOE Schedule: Flexible full-time Provide Compassionate Care That Makes a Difference Puget Sound Home Health and Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice CNA to join our interdisciplinary team in Pierce County. In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care in private homes, adult family homes, and facilities, supporting patients and families through end-of-life care with comfort, dignity, and compassion. Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensed in Washington State
Reliable, insured transportation and valid WA driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Experience in home health or hospice agency highly preferred
Compassionate, patient-focused, and empathetic

Responsibilities

Travel to multiple patient homes each day, providing 4–6 visits on average
Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
Monitor and report vital signs and patient conditions
Administer medications under nurse supervision
Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families
Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified care environment
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team on individualized care plans
Document patient care accurately and comply with HIPAA regulations
