About The Position

We are looking for spiritual care coordinators or chaplains to join our team who are committed to guiding each patient with dignity and compassion. As a spiritual care coordinator, you will be responsible for providing spiritual support and guidance that honors the patient’s beliefs and values. Our mission is to serve with love, providing comfort and support through compassionate care and meaningful experiences. For our team members, these aren’t empty words. Requirements

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a health care or hospice setting required.
• Experience in family counseling regarding issues of loss, grief, death and dying
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively

Nice To Haves

• Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or minister services preferred
