About The Position

Lake Valley Hospice provides compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Join our supportive team and help deliver exceptional care while enjoying a flexible PRN schedule. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Lake Valley Hospice, you will provide personal care and emotional support to patients and their families under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with completed training.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of two years preferred.
• Compassion, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and homemaking.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure patient comfort and dignity.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and caregivers.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
