HopeWest is known for going above and beyond for our patients, families, and staff. CNA's for Hospice are responsible for providing personal cares to our patients. Our CNA's meet the needs of our patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. They are part of the interdisciplinary team that all work together to create a one-of a kind experience for our patients and their families. Requirements

  • Current Colorado CNA License
  • Valid Colorado Driver’s license, adequate automobile insurance and reliable transportation, if providing care in the community setting
  • A genuine spirit of caring and compassion
  • Effective communication and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

  • Providing personal cares to our patients.
  • Meeting the needs of our patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.

  • Competitive pay starting at $20.00-22.13 per hour for CNA’s with more than 6 months experience, $18.50 per hour for less than 6 months with increase after 6mths is met.
