About The Position

The Hospice Care Consultant (HCC) role is a field-based position responsible for building relationships and representing Moments Hospice to referral sources. The role involves uncapped commission with top performers earning over $200K, and includes a company car. Requirements

• Ability to build real relationships.
• Empathy and follow-through.
• Drive and heart for hospice sales.
• Experience in hospice or home health sales.
• Experience in medical device or pharma sales.
• Experience as a clinical liaison or RN liaison.
• Experience in SNF or AL business development.
• Outside sales experience from other industries.

Nice To Haves

• Clinician background (RN, social work, chaplaincy) ready to step into sales.
• Newer to sales but with the right drive and heart.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Represent Moments Hospice to potential patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Drive referrals through effective communication and follow-through.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure promised service delivery.
