About The Position
Join our client's extraordinary care team as a Hospice After Hours RN and make a difference in patients' lives. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and a supportive work environment. The schedule involves 7 days on followed by 7 days off: Monday-Thursday 5 PM to 8 AM; Friday-Sunday 8 AM to 8 AM. This role is more of an on-call position during the weekends. It includes 2 holidays per year (1 summer & 1 winter) and 3 floating holidays.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher
- Hospice (2+ years)
- 1+ years of experience in Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Other EMR, or TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in the state of Missouri (MO)
- Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance
Responsibilities
- Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
- Support patients in Glen Carbon and surrounding areas
- Reward the accomplishment of key achievements during the first year
