Presbyterian Homes & Services – Optage Hospice is looking for an experienced registered nurse who feels called to hospice and wishes to serve older adults within a caring Christian environment. We are seeking a registered nurse to join our Admissions Team as a Hospice Admissions Nurse. In this position you will play a critical role in caring for older adults at the end of life - not only physically, but emotionally, socially, mentally, and spiritually. This is a full-time day position Monday through Friday, and includes participation in an equitable on-call or weekend rotation, along with a holiday rotation. Our clinicians enjoy: a thorough and supportive onboarding process, manageable daily workload assignments that allow provision of high caliber patient and family care with thoughtful consideration to geographic location(s) and patient/dynamic acuity, routine education and CEU offerings, company provided cell phone and technology devices, and mileage reimbursement at the federal rate. Optage Hospice is a well-established program that has been serving older adults and their families for over 15 years.
