About The Position

PIRTEK is hiring for a Hydraulic Hose Service & Sales Technician to service, assemble, and install hydraulic and industrial hoses for a diverse customer base in varying environmental conditions. This is a messy job that requires manual labor and on-call hours (on-call with incentive pay), so dedication and grit is essential. We are looking for highly driven and self-sufficient individuals with excellent communication and customer service skills. Our most successful Technicians are natural problem solvers, are mechanically inclined, enjoy working with their hands, and show passion and perseverance through their work. Hydraulic and industrial hose experience is NOT required! Each Hydraulic Hose Service & Sales Technician is provided training on industry knowledge, PIRTEK processes, safety standards, and how to operate your purpose-built mobile service unit. PIRTEK also provides ongoing support through a 24/7 hotline for Technicians to ask technical questions. You will be operating out of a PIRTEK Service & Supply Center in a purpose-built mobile service unit – a workshop-van that is outfitted with all the tools and machinery needed to successfully service your local area. Service locations may differ in terrain, noise level, temperature, common amenities available, etc. Oil, grease, lubricant, and other “messy” substances are frequently used. You may be required to travel for training initiatives, at no cost to you. PIRTEK is committed to providing world-class service while helping others in the organization succeed. We embrace change and innovation, and strive to be giving participants in the communities we serve. Above all, PIRTEK values integrity as we hold ourselves fully and personally accountable in all our dealings. We provide our customers with the fastest hydraulic and industrial hose maintenance and replacement services through on-site mobile and retail PIRTEK Service & Supply centers throughout the United States. Whether you're just starting or looking to advance your career, you'll find a supportive culture with teams characterized by honesty and integrity. As a Mobile Sales and Service Technician, you will be helping a small business owner grow their local business and enjoy a career where no two days are the same. You will also be provided a company vehicle to use while commuting to and from work. PIRTEK franchises are locally owned and operated by people interested in your success.
