About The Position

Attend to the horticulture needs of commercial clients. Maintain plants and trees using water, fertilizer, and tools. Interact with clients in a courteous and informative manner. Communicate concerns to your field leader. Stay on the schedule the customer agreed to, which is likely either service every 7 or 10 days.

Requirements

• Dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred/required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry plants, fertilizer, tools, and equipment
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and horticultural equipment

Nice To Haves

• Horticulture, landscaping, nursery, or related experience preferred but NOT a must!
