Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell is seeking motivated and mission-driven candidates for the inaugural Honors Paralegal Program. This is a two-year rotational program designed to provide early career paralegals with hands-on legal experience in the largest public sector legal office in the Commonwealth. The program begins in September 2026 and ends in September 2028. Through rotational assignments across multiple divisions and bureaus, the selected participant will gain hands-on experience supporting legal teams working on issues that directly impact the people of Massachusetts. The Attorney General's Office handles a variety of practice areas including civil rights, health care, consumer protection, environmental protection, criminal prosecution, fair labor, administrative law, data privacy, and constitutional defense. The participant will receive training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to strengthen their legal, analytical, and professional skills. The program participant will complete three rotations and may have the opportunity to seek continued employment with the Attorney General's Office during their final rotation. The individual must commit to a two-year term.
