As a Hone Machinist I, you will: You will work on a wide variety of parts with diverse configurations and complexity, building broad machining experience. You will have the opportunity to operate equipment outside your area of expertise, as necessary, although you're not required to be an "expert" in all machine families (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.). You will participate in the planning of work and resolving of problems within the Cell using team skills. You will inspect all work performed and detect unusual conditions, defective materials, and deviant parts as well as recognize errors in blueprints and operation sheets. You will positively contribute to the teamwork environment in terms of productivity, cooperation, data collection and attitude.
