Requirements

Hands-on knowledge of general plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
A team-first attitude with a strong work ethic and great interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and sharp attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Sound judgment and the confidence to make good decisions in the field.
Ability to work outdoors year-round.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Basic computer skills, including email.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventative maintenance to preserve and improve the physical condition of homes and buildings.
Handle general plumbing repairs, including water heater issues, leaking faucets, and toilet components.
Complete carpentry tasks such as replacing door locks, hanging doors, tightening cabinet hardware, and installing blinds.
Address basic electrical needs, including replacing receptacles and identifying breaker and main cutoffs.
Inspect and maintain common area amenities, including laundry facilities, playgrounds, and recreational equipment, to ensure they are safe and fully operational.
Maintain vacant sites, including strap-downs and general site readiness.
Follow all safety regulations and procedures, including the safe operation of vehicles and machinery.
Maintain clear, legible written records and reporting for completed work.
Be available for on-call support outside regular business hours when needed.
