About The Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician for our Single Family Homes Team in Sandusky, Ohio. This role involves completing general home and property maintenance tasks and supporting projects for the homes and buildings in the Sandusky area. The ideal candidate will possess skills in electrical, carpentry, drywall, and plumbing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of general construction or maintenance experience
• Solid troubleshooting skills
• Strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Complete general home and property maintenance tasks
• Support in projects for the homes and buildings in Sandusky area
• Perform maintenance tasks including electrical, carpentry, drywall, and plumbing.
