About The Position
Join our team as a Homemaker and provide meaningful, one-on-one care to individuals in their homes while supporting their independence, well-being, and quality of life. This position starts on a per diem (as-needed) basis, with the opportunity to gradually build your schedule as you pick up additional clients. Provide in-home ADL, assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and grocery shopping. Monitor health needs, document services, and maintain a safe, supportive home environment. Build positive, trusting relationships with the individuals you serve. Provide meaningful, one-on-one care that helps individuals maintain their independence, well-being, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Requirements
- Full, Massachusetts valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid Homemaker certificate
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass required background checks, physical exam, and TB screening
- Comfortable using a mobile device for documentation

- Caregiving experience preferred
