About The Position
UniversaCare is hiring a homemaker and companion to care for clients in Hartford County. You’ll work out of our UniversaCare of Connecticut - Bloomfield office at 45 Wintonbury Avenue, Suite 102, Bloomfield, CT 06002.
Requirements
- A caring attitude and reliability
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Completion of the background check and health screening required for the role
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship, conversation and activities
- Prepare meals, do light housekeeping and laundry
- Run errands and go with clients to appointments
- Help clients keep a safe, steady daily routine
