Northwest Human Services is a non-profit leader in providing advocacy, quality healthcare and social services in Marion and Polk counties since 1970. As the Homeless Services Program Manager, you will lead our Homeless Outreach and Advocacy Project (HOAP) and help ensure individuals experiencing homelessness can access healthcare, behavioral health, emergency assistance, supportive services, and community resources. This is an opportunity to lead a mission-driven team while making a meaningful impact in our community. The Homeless Outreach and Advocacy Project (HOAP) has been providing services since 1986 and is a place of safety and support for adults experiencing homelessness. HOAP’s Day Center provides hand-up by connecting individuals experiencing homelessness with the resources, support, and skills they need to move toward more stable and healthier lifestyles. As the Homeless Services Program Manager, you will help lead a program that meets people where they are, builds connections, and creates pathways to healthcare, supportive services, and greater stability.
