About The Position

Oasis is seeking a Home Care Operations & Growth Manager for its Upland office. This role is crucial for achieving the company's mission to serve 1,500 families with peace of mind over the next 5 years. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing day-to-day operations while simultaneously driving business growth. This is a blended role, with responsibilities split between operations (staffing, quality, compliance, billing) and growth (conversion, referral partnerships). Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or a related operations/business development role.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, spirit, and ambition; must be a self-motivated, results-oriented person.
  • Excellent written, verbal, public speaking, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficiency with technology and computer systems.
  • Strong knowledge of labor and employment law and HR compliance.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work hard and have fun.

Nice To Haves

  • 4-year college degree (BA/BS) preferred.
  • RN, LVN, or Home Health experience.
  • Sales or business development background.
  • Ability to ninja through an inbox with ease.
  • Willingness to push the envelope and go beyond 'generally accepted' practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruiting and staffing to ensure an adequate and screened caregiver pool for current and new cases.
  • Manage and develop the caregiver team, including training, retention, and staffing for the current caseload.
  • Oversee billing and invoicing, hours tracking, and HR compliance.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation, managing after-hours issues calmly and efficiently.
  • Handle initial calls from interested families and manage the inquiry-to-client pipeline, aiming for 100% conversion of qualified prospects.
  • Build and manage referral relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, senior living communities, elder law attorneys, and other partners.
  • Track client satisfaction and turnover, using feedback to implement process improvements.
  • Partner on marketing and community outreach initiatives to attract new families.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure the company is on track to meet its goal of serving 1,500 families in 5 years.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
