About The Position

Provides professional occupational therapy services to the agency’s clients in accordance with the plan of care as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the state’s professional practice act for occupational therapy and any applicable licensure/certification requirements. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program recognized by the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Eligible to sit for the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) examination.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and their families.
  • Committed to continuous learning and adherence to the agency’s policies and procedures.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience, or completion of a 6-8 week preceptor program.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to the Mission and Organizational Code of Ethics, with strict adherence to the Compliance Program.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in home healthcare is preferred.
