About The Position

2nd Family Home Care and Support Services is hiring qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide non-medical home health care for elderly clients. The company is family-owned and describes caregivers as part of its family. The role offers flexible start dates, weekly new-employee orientations, and assignments near the caregiver’s home, matched with clients in the caregiver’s area. Work locations are multiple locations in Western Delaware County and Chester County.

Compensation is $19–$20 per hour. Day and night shifts are available, with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shift options. The listed schedule options also include Monday through Friday, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. Supplemental pay may include bonus and overtime pay.

Requirements

• Active CNA license (required).
• Reliable transportation (required).
• Current CPR certification (required).
• Updated TB test (required).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Driver’s license (required).

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• One year of vital signs monitoring experience (preferred).
• One year of caregiving experience (preferred).
