About The Position

We are seeking a motivated individual, who has a passion and interest in learning all aspects of residential homebuilding to join our Tampa team as a Homebuilding Intern. This internship provides hands-on exposure to multiple areas of the homebuilding industry, including sales, marketing, purchasing, and general operations. Interns will collaborate with experienced professionals, gain real-world industry knowledge, and contribute to projects that support our communities and customers.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a full-time college program with an interest in pursuing real estate, construction, marketing or related field.
• Must have housing available in the Tampa metro area for the duration of the internship.
• Able to work up to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide support across sales, marketing, and operational functions.
• Assist with customer interactions and overall client experience.
• Contribute to marketing efforts, research, and community initiatives.
• Gain exposure to purchasing processes and vendor coordination.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborative projects.
• Assist with administrative and project-related tasks as needed.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and departmental priorities.
